I love these cupcakes!
Ok, I'm not doing Dora or any "theme" really but I have so much scrap booking stuff (fancy paper, glue, glitter, ribbon, etc) I want to make a banner like one of these with the stuff I have. My mom also gave me all of her cake decorating supplies, pastry bags, etc so I want to make a really pretty cake. Rosette bought us a 3 tiered cupcake holder to use for Olivia's party. Liv wants cupcakes! I browsed etsy for idea's last night and I found these pictures that I liked.

Whatever you do, it'll be WAY better than my Walmart cupcakes and Party Express decorations/goody bag stuff. I'm sad I can't be there to eat your cupcakes and get some of your talent and creativity!! Good luck!
What great ideas. Also, a cheap box of children's counting cards with one on each cupcake would be cute, with the big 3 on top of course.
"Out here" in California, we put all the cupcakes in a shape, pre-frosted. So, you could put them on a big piece of cardboard in the shape of a 3, then frost them all together "as one". We do flowers, etc. It's easy and looks like a cake when you're done.
I can't wait to hear about her party, ice skating lessons & see some pictures!
