1 c flour
1/2 c salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp veg oil
1 c water
food coloring (6 drops of red and 15 drops of yellow makes orange)
In a non-stick pan, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, cook over medium heat until it forms a ball, about 3-4 min. Turn dough onto counter, let cool slightly, then knead dough until it has a smooth texture (about 1 min.) The dough will keep a week in a ziplock bag.
